Waddleworks Games Privacy Policy

The Apps are paid, offline-first games. We do not collect, sell, rent, or share personal information. The Apps do not use advertising, third-party analytics, tracking technologies, accounts, or a game server.

What stays on your device

Game progress, settings, and replay commands are stored locally on your device so an App can resume a game and remember preferences. This information is not sent to Waddleworks Games. Removing an App removes its local data according to the operating system’s normal behavior.

Purchases

Purchases are processed by Apple. Waddleworks Games does not receive a player’s payment card or billing details through the Apps. Apple’s own privacy policy and App Store terms apply to the purchase process.

Support messages

If you contact us by email, we use the message and reply address only to answer your request. We delete support messages when they are no longer needed, subject to legal obligations. We do not use support messages for advertising or profiling.

Children’s privacy

The Apps do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Because the Apps do not require accounts or online services, gameplay data remains local to the device.

Changes and contact

本政策適用於 Pocket Workshop、Last Signal、Paper Exorcist、Orbit Courier、Stack Harbor、Tiny Bistro Lab、Shadow Parcel、Lantern Fleet、Echo Garden 與 Clockwork Loop（以下合稱「本應用程式」）。每款遊戲都是獨立的 iOS App，但都遵循本頁說明的離線優先資料處理方式。

資料處理

本應用程式為付費、離線優先的遊戲。我們不收集、出售、出租或分享個人資料，也不使用廣告、第三方分析、追蹤技術、帳號或遊戲伺服器。

遊戲進度、設定與 replay 指令會儲存在玩家裝置本機，用來恢復遊戲與記住偏好，不會傳送給 Waddleworks Games。依照作業系統的一般行為，刪除 App 也會刪除其本機資料。

購買與客服

購買流程由 Apple 處理；我們不會透過 App 取得玩家的信用卡或帳務資料。若玩家透過 email 聯絡我們，我們只會用訊息與回覆地址處理問題，並在不再需要時刪除，但法律要求保存者除外。

兒童隱私與政策更新
